Q. Where can we buy KANGARILA balls?

You can currently buy your KANGARILA balls right here on the KANGARILA website. However, we are currently working with a number of distributors to bring our products to the rest of the world. For orders of 20 or more boxes of KANGARILA balls, please contact us on sales@kangarila.com to see if we can help you.

 
Q. What is the delivery time on goods?

We send most UK goods by standard First Class delivery. This can take up to 5 working days from placing of order, although it is usually much quicker than this. We may optionally send some packages by standard parcel delivery. Within the EU (including Eire and the UK Channel Islands), postage can take up to 7 working days. These delivery times do not apply to personalised balls and merchandise, or to deliveries outside the EU, where we will advise at the time of order.

 
Q. Can I return unwanted goods?

Yes. If you want to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us immediately at sales@kangarila.com. For goods that have already been despatched, you may return them to us for a full refund. This does not apply to personalised goods, and all goods must be new and unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale. Refunds do not cover the costs of delivery.
